Premium Oil Based Brick & Plasterboard Sealer
DESCRIPTION
A turps-based, all purpose, alkali-resistant sealer. It seals porous substrates and acts as a primer on cured cement render and set plaster surfaces.
SUITABLE PAINTING SURFACES
Can be used for sealing the surface of new plaster , insulation boards and hardboard, concrete surfaces where turps-based top coats are to be used. Apply to surfaces where staining of the finish coats may occur. Ideally suited for use in bathroooms and laundries where constant moisture exists.

Selection Guide (when viewing at 60º angle to surface)
Approximately 1%
Colour: White.
Application: Brush, roller or spray. Provide adequate ventilation. Temperature should be above 10ºC. Early exposure to steam, overnight dew, rain or hosing may result in damage or removal of the coating.
Coverage: Approx. 14 sq. metres per litre. May be as low as 8 sq. metres per litre on cement render.
Thinning: Mineral turpentine according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Drying: Touch dry in 6 hours. Recoat in 24 hours on a day of 25ºC and 50% relative humidity, but will be longer in adverse conditions.
Clean Up: Mineral turpentine.
Flash Point: This product is flammable. Store and use away from sources of heat and ignition.
Toxicity: Lead free. Dry film is non-toxic.
