Traditional Timber Finishes - Clear Polyurethane

Available in flat, satin or gloss and suitable for internal use on furniture, cupboards, doors, windows, railings and skirtings. At least two coats are required to achieve a smooth even sheen finish. A light sanding between coats with fine sandpaper, or dry steel wool gives the best results. Satin and Flat urethane can also be used on brick feature walls or around fireplaces to seal and stop dirt and dust penetration and enhance the brick colour.

Drying Time:	touch dry in 1 hour, recoat in 8 hours.
Clean Up:	Mineral Turps.
Preparation:	Ensure that surface is clean and dry and free of wax, dust and dirt.
Coverage:	approx. 16 square metres per litre.

SAFETY DIRECTIONS

Keep out of reach of children. Avoid skin contact. Provide adequate ventilation. If using indoors, keep doors and windows open while using and during drying. This product is flammable. Do not smoke during application.

FIRST AID

Swallowed:	Do not induce vomiting. Drink plenty of water and contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre.
Eye:	If in eyes, hold eyes open, flood with water for at least 15 minutes and contact a doctor.
Skin:	If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly. If irritation occurs, seek medical advice.
